Brand development + campaign
Within its group of companies, the insurance company offers a wide range of services such as facility management, caterina and IT support. In order to meet the constant need for specialists and young talent across all areas, we developed an employer branding platform and a campaign to attract potential trainees and career changers.
TUI’s global HR platform
Dievision is supporting and developing the global integration of the HR platform. Instead of individual solutions in the country markets, there is now: an infrastructure, an application system, a content and design framework. Particular attention was paid to the complex connection of the website to the internal technology solutions (SAP Success Factory) and processes in order to enable simple and efficient applicant management.
Employer branding + campaign
The market leader for mobile sales solutions is regularly looking for craftsmen and technicians with a very broad range of skills for its production of customized market vehicles. Following an employer branding process (including workshops), we developed a cross-media campaign that turns the brand's special quality standards into an invitation for new employees.
Global employer branding approach
Building on the brand claim, we developed a platform for global EB activities. Based on a series of workshops and target group profiles developed by us, internationally adaptable campaign approaches were created for a wide range of channels - as well as ideas for internal communication.
