A total of 34 permanent employees, trainees and interns ensure that we set new records every day. We are a large unit and a well-coordinated team, but of course everyone has their own space and, above all, enough space for themselves. We spend most of the day together - so it's all the more important that we maintain an open and respectful culture of communication!

Unlike most people on dating platforms, we love commitment. With more than 70% of our customers, we have a long-term relationship that has lasted for over 5 years. Of course, there is also a shorter story here and there, but we can actually say that we are real relationship types.

We have been around since 1996. However, our ideas are anything but 90s. We are constantly reinventing ourselves, taking inspiration from the latest technology and adopting trends. The Hanoverian wind of change blows into our banner almost daily.

If you could buy us in the supermarket, we'd get a 1.0 from Stiftung Warentest. But joking aside - we're proud to be a certified GWA agency, Google partner and adform partner. It's important to us that all customers and those who want to become customers know: What you see is what you get.

We have a gym with 5 basketball hoops and 1 bowling alley. We have 1 sports bar in the basement. Our confis are called Arena, Bolzplatz and Center Court. This list could go on and on, but more importantly, we are just as sporty as we look. Healthy competition, whether internally or with other agencies, never hurts. Nevertheless, we always focus on fair play, everywhere and in all matters.

We currently have 3 agency dogs who visit us regularly. Everyone is welcome here - whether on 2 legs or 4 paws (but we draw the line at anything with more than 4 legs!). High Five!
