We are a communications agency with a diverse range of tasks and an exciting client portfolio. We want to constantly expand this and are therefore looking for support in sales management.
Your tasks
Acquiring new customers through personal, telephone and written contact with potential prospects.
Conducting contract negotiations with customers on an equal footing
Developing individual offers and selling them.
Helping to shape and develop our product portfolio.
Supporting our existing customers and processing contract updates
Ensuring and increasing sales through effective customer care
Planning, implementing and analyzing sales campaigns to develop new target groups/new customers.
Networking: Occasional participation in trade fairs and networking events.
What you bring along
Degree in business administration, communications or comparable training such as a dialog marketing or marketing specialist. Career changers with experience in acquiring new customers or maintaining existing customers are also welcome.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in German; business fluent in English.
Professional experience in sales, strong customer understanding and networking skills.
High integrity, honesty, discipline, reliability, self-organization and a self-confident personality.
Enthusiasm for digital products – previous knowledge in marketing, design, web development is an advantage.
Independent and autonomous way of working, problem-solving skills and the ability to inspire others.
